This appears to be an immigrant in the streets of Ireland. Dismiss the rantings of a touched-in-the-head mental patient…but listen to her words carefully. This is more than just a manic break.
I recall two and half decades ago while visiting England my British relatives were going on about the (multiculturalism push) immigrants changing their culture for the worse. I listened to their fears that governance would be altered to appease the radical migrants in the future. I could never imagine how correct my relative’s take on things would become for the UK and most of Europe.
