The mainstream media, some of our colleges of the world, and “the squad” of Congress do not tell the truth about the Israeli-Palestinian conflict.
Liberals like to have designated “safe spaces” to shelter from the truth and reality of the world. One can think of Israel as a “safe space” for people of faiths. This “Holy Land” has significance to people of three religious faiths; Muslims, Jews, and Christians. But history shows it clearly belongs to the Jews.
My father used to say the Jewish-Muslim conflicts were all about two brothers and this is what he meant.
A man named Abraham lived some 1800 years B.C. Abraham had a son with his wife Sarah’s Egyptian servant, Hagar. That son was named Ishmael who made Abraham the patriarch of Arabs. This happened with wife Sarah’s blessing as she thought she was not able to conceive a child. But it went against God as He had promised Abraham and Sarah they would one day have a child together in time. God did, indeed bless Abraham and Sarah with a second son of their own some 14 years later when Sarah was said to be 90 as Isaac was born. The birth of Isaac made Abraham patriarch to the Jews.
And for those who do not believe in God, one can simply look at history which shows this land was never a land of the Palestinians. History can take you back through 15 different empires or reigns back to 5800 B.C. Palestinians never held ownership to any of the lands of Abraham, including Gaza.
And for those want to know the true origin of hatred for the Jews…
In the year 132 A.D. the Roman Emperor Hadrian resolved to wipe the Jewish people and their religion out. Hadrian sold Jewish prisoners into slavery after the revolt of Bar Kikhba. He forbade the teaching of the Torah and renamed the province of Judea (Israel today) to Syria Palaestina, and changed Jerusalem’s name to Aelia Capitolina to honor himself. He renamed both Jerusalem and Israel to wipe out the national identity of the Jews.
So if you want to know who to blame for the original hatred of the Jewish people you can thank Emperor Hadrian, a Roman and not a Muslim.
Here are some other facts pro-Palestinian protesters seem to be ignorant about.
This conflict is not about land. It is about the elimination of all peoples of the world who don’t succumb to Islamic fundamentalism of which Hamas is a strong advocate. Their Sharia law is to replace all democracies and other forms of government around the world. If you do not stand up for the Jews today, you could be next tomorrow!
Israel is much more accepting of the ideals of progressive liberalism than all the countries with ties to Islam in the Middle East. Two glaring examples are the religious freedoms of the last point as well as other liberal ideals related to sexuality and gender identification. Islamic fundamentalists practice the death penalty for sexual deviancy.
The United Nations (UN) agencies UNHCR and UNRWA were set up to support refugees of war torn countries around the world. The UNRWA is for Palestinians only. It allows Palestinians to pass their refugee status on to their offspring of sons and grandsons on down the line. This means the money the UN pours into Palestinians of the UNRWA goes to Gaza to directly support Hamas and remain at war with Israel. The UNRWA is fraudulent since the Palestinians are not refugees of a war torn country but create their own wars while pretending to be refugees.
The term ethnic cleansing is often used related to the Jewish people wanting to eliminate the Palestinian people when quite the opposite is true. History proves Israel attacks after it has been attacked. When Israel was founded in 1948 there were a documented 160,000 Israeli Arabs, today there are around 2 million.
More proof of Jews NOT being the aggressors is found in Israel’s neighboring countries as follows:
In Lebanon in 1948 there were 6,000 Jews. Today there are only 100.
In Syria in 1948 there were 30,000 Jews. Today there are none.
In Egypt in 1948 there were 70,000 Jews. Today there are 3.
Israel provides utilities, technology, humanitarian aid, and jobs to Israeli area Muslims. Outward appearances suggest the Muslims provide nothing but a hard time to Israeli Jews.
Hamas is one of the richest terrorist organizations in the world with its leader Ismail Haniyeh worth $4 billion. Some 66% percent of the Muslims of Gaza elected Hamas as their leaders in 2007. The very valid point is made that the people of Gaza did this to themselves. The sources of aid money to Gaza and Hamas have been the UN, US, EU, and other Arab countries. Much of that money goes to Hamas leaders and their war machine against Israel.
Palestinians are considered the “Gypsies” of the Middle East and other Muslim countries do not want them. An American-Palestinian refugee professor friend told me this back in 2002 during the Second Intifada (uprising) so you could say I got this information right from the horse’s mouth. All the proof you need of this being true is Egypt’s recent blockade of their border with Gaza. It prohibited them from fleeing from Gaza to Egypt as the Israel Defense Force (IDF) invaded from the north to root out Hamas after their October 7th terrorist attack. The IDF warned innocent civilians to flee south via an air drop of instructional pamphlets.
If you are still trying to figure out the good guys from the bad guys in this scenario, consider these two founding documents of Israel and Hamas.
The Israeli Declaration of Independence of 1948 states, “We extend our hand to all neighboring states and their people in an offer of peace and good neighborliness, Israel will ensure complete equality of social and political rights to all its inhabitants irrespective of religion or race; It will guarantee freedom of religion, conscience, language, education and culture.”
While the Hamas covenant of 1988 states “Israel will exist and will continue to exist until Islam obliterates it. There is no solution for the Palestinian problem except by Jihad (Muslim war). Jihad is its path and death for the sake of Allah (Muslim god) is the loftiest of its wishes.”
What is presented here is not open to debate. It is historical undeniable facts.
To the college students of today I say “Don’t get yourselves on the wrong side of history today for what will be written about you tomorrow.” Some corporate CEOs of the world are already watching.
