Derek Chauvin Did NOT Murder George Floyd!

5Mind. The Meme Platform

Remember the former Minneapolis police officer convicted of murdering George Floyd in 2020? Well, it turns out Derek Chauvin was moved to a medium-security federal prison in Tucson, Arizona from a maximum-security prison in a Minneapolis suburb this year on August 23.  But then, just 3 months later (almost to the date) this month, the Associated Press reported Derek Chauvin was stabbed in that federal prison of Tucson, Arizona.

What makes the timing of this attempted murder on Chauvin so suspect are all of the recent facts coming out that he was just an ordinary police officer just doing his job the day George Floyd died in his custody, accidently. Because of irregularities in his trial, Chauvin has dubbed his court appearance a “sham trial”.

Now we know what he means.

A new video documentary was just released based on Liz Collins’ book, “They’re Lying: The Media, The Left, and The Death of George Floyd”.

Journalist Liz Collin recently took to a promotional tour to announce a new documentary film she was releasing with others titled “The Fall of Minneapolis”.

It is to be noted you can now watch this crowd funded video documentary FREE online.

The evidence Collins exposes:

  • Minneapolis police officers were ordered not to stop the riots caused by Floyd’s death.
  • Officer Chauvin was following published Minneapolis police protocol when he placed his knee to Floyd’s shoulder blade (not his neck). For reasons unknown, the judge refused to all this as evidence for the jury to see.
  • The initial autopsy report said Floyd’s death was the result of a drug overdose combined with medical conditions was changed to falsely charge Chauvin.
  • Minnesota Democrats and the media seemed to be operating from a preset narrative that Floyd’s death was the result of the 4 police officers responding to the call on Floyd and that narrative seemed to be falsely promoted by Democrats in the local justice system.
  • Another oddity was Emergency Medical Technicians (EMTs) took 20 minutes to respond despite officers at the scene calling for them immediately and there was a firehouse only eight blocks (5 minutes) away.
  • The Minneapolis police force was decimated by the riots and subsequent conviction of an innocent Derek Chauvin. About a third of the force retired or just quit. Despite the mayor’s boldface lie of crimes being down, crime is skyrocketing due to a diminished police force.

Tucker Carlson also reported this REAL news story “‘Everyone Lied’: Tucker Carlson Points To Shocking, Untold Details About George Floyd’s Death” as reported in an article of The Daily Caller.

The original testimony of Hennepin County Medical Examiner (CME) Andrew Baker initially found no “injury” to Floyd’s neck that would cause “asphyxia or strangulation,” according to a former female prosecutor now pursuing civil charges for her workplace sex dispute.

This information only came out after a civil sex discrimination complaint was filed by former Hennepin County prosecutor, Amy Sweasy, one of the office’s top prosecutors, against County Attorney Mike Freeman.

According to her testimony County Medical Examiner (CME) Andrew Baker asked Sweasy, “What happens when the actual evidence doesn’t match up with the public narrative that everyone’s already decided on?” Baker then allegedly said to Sweasy, “This is the kind of case that ends careers.”

Baker then changed his initial autopsy report and said Floyd was choked to death to support the public narrative.

This bombshell development matters for many reasons:

  • The presumption of innocence of the 4 Minneapolis officers charged in Floyd’s death seemingly went right out the window as did their rights to due process violating the Sixth Amendment.
  • Floyd’s supposed death at the hands of law enforcement was used to justify mass protests/riots.
  • It gave false legitimacy to the idea of defunding the police shifting money from law enforcement to social programs.
  • It gave false legitimacy to the expansion of Federal diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) programs (a.k.a. Another bureaucratic waste program for patronage jobs for Democrats.)
  • It allowed the left-wing organization Black Lives Matter (BLM) to collect millions of dollars in donations which was later found to be misspent many times over by the organizing heads.
  • It cost the City of Minneapolis millions of dollars in liability settlements over the incident which should never have been paid. (i.e., a $27 million settlement went to the family of George Floyd.)
  • This new testimony and development offers, once again, how truthful facts matter and were widely ignored to shore up a false narrative by way of Democrats through the media.

Chauvin’s trial is said to have involved a BLM activist on the jury and a judge whose career focus has been on “racial justice” and “equity.” The judge also refused a change of venue request away from Minneapolis which means Chauvin was denied a trial “by his peers”. Chauvin is a Republican while Minneapolis is heavily weighted with Democrats.

Amy Sweasy and Senior Assistant County Attorney Patrick Lofton both withdrew from the case because they did not like what they were seeing and did not want to be a part of it.

News journalist Collin, whose own husband was a Minneapolis policer officer at the time, resigned her position of 14 years as a WCCO TV news anchor and reporter shortly after the turmoil of the Black Lives Matter riots of Minneapolis.

After the death of George Floyd, Collin found herself in the news rather than reporting on the news. Her husband was Minneapolis Police Federation President Bob Kroll, who came under public scrutiny after Floyd’s death. In August 2020, about 100 Black Lives Matter protesters marched to the home of Collin and Kroll and demanded they both resign. That summer, protesters also gathered outside of WCCO’s studio in Minneapolis.

Why didn’t the State of Minnesota recognize this as the crimes they are? Stalking, bullying, and harassment.

Collin’s husband, Bob Kroll announced his retirement from the Minneapolis Police Department and Union effective at the end of January 2021. Related to this Kroll got a 10-year policing ban as part of a court settlement of a lawsuit over George Floyd protests brought against the city by the ACLU and NAACP.

Black journalist Samuel Sey offered his perspective in an article “The Injustice Against Derek Chauvin” where he announces his change of position in favoring George Floyd to that of Derek Chauvin.

Sey’s perspective is important as it shows this incident is not a matter of race relations in America but knowing right from wrong.

Opinion

A lot of people were hurt because of this episode of American history after George Floyd. To honor those lives lost and property gone, a functional FBI should be investigating BLM the same as they did the KKK years ago.

Our DOJ needs investigating too! I ponder how two police officers of different colors, with perpetrators of different colors from themselves, can be treated so differently in our American justice system of today.

On the one hand you had white Minneapolis police officer Derek Chauvin ACCIDENTALLY kill a black repeat offender drug addict with a lengthy criminal record George Floyd. Chauvin gets found guilty of murder. Officer Chauvin was simply following his police training as illustrated in his police training manual the judge would not allow the jury to see in his sham trial.

On the other hand you had a had black Capitol Police Lt. Michael Byrd fatally shoot a white U.S. Veteran Ashli Babbitt during the Jan. 6 Capitol riot. Byrd is barely investigated and held harmless. The Democrats held him to hero status. Byrd was wrong in using deadly force against an unarmed rioter. Why didn’t Officer Byrd use less deadly force such as tear gas, a Taser, or his baton instead?

Who am I to judge? As a teen I wanted to be a cop more than anything before I became a career educator. I truly admire law enforcement. Officer Michael Byrd once left his handgun unattended in a Capitol Visitor Center bathroom back in 2019. Like all men, I have done some really stupid things in my life but none to that level of stupid by Byrd!

Another observation is it would appear influential Minnesota Democrats colluded to sabotage Derek Chauvin’s chance at a fair and factual trial during the Trump 2020 Campaign. Donald Trump has always been a champion of law and order. They seemingly did this intentionally to jeopardize Trump’s chance of a second term. This incident parallels the incident of House Speaker Nancy Pelosi who refused the National Guard on January 6 of 2021 after President Donald Trump suggested she call up the Guard to the Capitol that day.

The riots of George Floyd caused billions of dollars in damage nationally and took some 25 additional lives. The riot of J6 did several million dollars in damage and only took one life, veteran Ashli Babbitt.

Both of these historical episodes could have been minimized with strong leadership and they were not.

Do yourself a favor and watch the documentary “The Fall of Minneapolis”. See for yourself.
