Fani Willis Gets an “A”, for Adultery

The news media is in hyper overdrive trying to protect Fani Willis to preserve her election interference case in Georgia brought against former President Donald Trump. What is most interesting though is an important aspect of this case not being discussed. That aspect involves the Biblical scarlet letter “A” for adultery.

The fact of the matter is none of this would have come to light had the wife of Fani Willis’ special prosecutor Nathan Wade, Joycelyn, not blown the whistle on the tryst of the two of them as part of her divorce proceedings.

A recent press release from her people read:

“We represent Joycelyn Wade in Cobb County Superior Court Case 21-1-08166 Nathan Wade v. Joycelyn Wade. On January 30, 2024 we, at long last, reached a Temporary Agreement.

“While this negates the immediate need for a hearing, it does not settle the case. It merely means that the issues of Temporary Alimony and Attorney’s Fees, which were set to be heard by the Court on January 31st, have been resolved.

Now that our client has the financial resources to support herself while this case is pending, we are focused on the hard work of moving the case toward resolution, whether that is through settlement or trial. We are continuing to work to obtain information from Mr. Wade to ensure that the couple’s assets are divided properly after more than twenty-six years of marriage.

Our aim is to guide our client towards a just and equitable divorce resolution– without political agenda or public scrutiny. We are not connected to, nor concerned with, any other case. Joycelyn Wade’s primary focus remains on her family.”

In many states of the nation there are laws on the books about adultery. Georgia is one of those states. The law there reads as follows:

Chapter 6 – Sexual Offenses. § 16-6-19. Adultery. A married person commits the offense of adultery when he voluntarily has sexual intercourse with a person other than his spouse and, upon conviction thereof, shall be punished as for a misdemeanor.

Interestingly, while Georgia law specifically prohibits spouses from bringing lawsuits involving alienation of affection, this misdemeanor crime is punishable with up to a year in jail and a $1,000 fine! One could logically assume that the topic of attorneys engaging in adultery should also be subject to being disbarred, since they are considered “agents of the court” and are charged with upholding the law and not violating it.

Another hot topic that should be discussed relative to their licenses to practice law in Georgia is the topic of perjury or lying to the court. Yesterday Zoom testimony from a longtime friend Robin Yeartie of Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis (D) testified that Willis began a “romantic” relationship with special prosecutor Nathan Wade in 2019. That is 3 years prior to when Willis and Wade said they started seeing each other in previous testimony.

“Ingraham: This case was a travesty from the get-go” – Fox News with Laura Ingraham

Another interesting aspect Laura Ingraham brings up is “The Fani Willis Timeline”. It offers that Wade filed for divorce one day after Willis hired him as special prosecutor to go after Trump.

CONCLUSION:

People who work in law enforcement and the justice system are expected to uphold the laws of the land and be better than those who they are sworn to protect. As such most all Americans hate dirty cops or cops “on the take”. US Attorney General Merrick Garland is probably the most hated dirty “top cop” in all of American history for this reason.

Former President Trump and his 18 allies can now make a very good legal case to not only have this case dropped but also turn around and reverse charges on Georgia. America saw the CCTV video of ballots being scanned multiple times in Atlanta at the State Farm Arena as well as entire totes of ballots produced from under a tablecloth draped tables after Republican election observers were vacated from the building.

As much as my heart aches for former President Donald Trump and his 18 allies for the fraudulent charges brought against them, my heart aches even more for Joycelyn Wade, soon-to-be ex-wife of Nathan Wade. When one spouse is following the rules and the other opts to lie and cheat, there are no words that can describe the hurt that comes from this form of betrayal. Your best friend instantaneously becomes your worst enemy.

At one point in her testimony of yesterday Willis proclaims she is not beholding to any man to pay her way in life. The arrogance and pride of that statement goes beyond disgusting. If Joycelyn Wade put her career life on hold to be both a wife and mother, she was beholding to husband Nathan to provide for her and her 2 children. That is what makes Willis’s statement so absolutely disgusting.

Thankfully, Joycelyn Wade is not like so many other wives and mothers in divorce though. She’s a wine guru and a runs her own wine consulting business, Pure Vines Fresh Wines. Her net worth is estimated at around 5 million dollars.
