WASHINGTON, D.C. – The House Judiciary Committee held a hearing on Wednesday, July 10, 2024, at 10:00 a.m. ET. The hearing, “Collusion in the Global Alliance for Responsible Media,” examines whether existing civil and criminal penalties and current antitrust law enforcement efforts are sufficient to deter anticompetitive collusion in online advertising.
