Relatives of Tim Walz For Trump

In an intriguing turn of events, Relatives of Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz have come out in support of former President Trump.

Even his older brother Jeff Walz has come out against him.

Jeff posted a series of statements last week about the Democratic vice-presidential nominee on social media.

“I’m 100% opposed to all his ideology,” Jeff posted in a Facebook message on Friday evening.

Walz has shown sympathy towards socialism, as evidenced by his comment, “one person’s socialism is another person’s neighborliness.”

Trump called Walz “weird” in a recent event.

A post on X by the user “KamalaHQ” quoted Trump as saying, “JD is not weird. We’re not weird. We’re other things perhaps, but we’re not weird. Tim Walz called me weird… That was the word of the day. Weird, weird, weird. We’re not weird guys”.

Walz rose to national prominence in July in part because of a viral cable news appearance in which he described Trump and Vance as “just weird.” The label stuck and quickly became a rallying cry among Democrats.

The Democratic National Committee on Sunday night projected the message “Weird as hell!” onto the side of the Trump Hotel in Chicago on the eve of the Democratic National Convention there.

Walz identifies as a progressive due to his focus on policies that prioritize equity, social justice, and government intervention to address what he calls systemic challenges.

Walz is a strong advocate for expanding access to healthcare. He supports strengthening the Affordable Care Act (ACA) and has worked to reduce healthcare costs in Minnesota. He has promoted programs like MinnesotaCare and has pushed for a public option to make healthcare more affordable and accessible.

At the same time he was a Covid19 nut and even jailed people for violating the state’s draconian measures at the time.

A former high school teacher, Walz advocates for increased funding for public schools, reducing class sizes, and expanding access to early childhood education. Walz also supports measures to reduce student debt and increase access to higher education for all Minnesotans.

As governor of Minnesota, he pushed an ambitious agenda that included free school meals, tax cuts for the middle class, and goals for tackling climate change. His selection as VP Kamala Harris’s running mate was celebrated of course by top progressives, including Sen. Bernie Sanders of Vermont and Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez of New York.

Walz is committed to addressing the leftist religion called “climate change.” He supports Minnesota’s goals to reduce carbon emissions and move towards 100% renewable energy by 2050. Under his administration, the state has made significant investments in green energy initiatives.

It is good that Walz supports raising the minimum wage, expanding workers’ rights, and ensuring that all Minnesotans have access to affordable housing. However, his economic policies focus on reducing perceived inequality, though he does clam he wants to create opportunities for working families, which in itself is a good idea of course.

But Walz’s extremist views on immigration led him to sign bills that provided health insurance coverage regardless of immigration status and made undocumented immigrants eligible for state driver’s licenses. He also signed a bill that allowed the state’s nearly 81,000 undocumented immigrants to receive free tuition at a state university.

Walz has supported ridiculous leftist reforms in the criminal justice system, including measures to reduce mass incarceration, eliminate racial disparities in the justice system, and improve police accountability. He also supports ending private prisons and has been a vocal advocate for police reform following the death of George Floyd in Minnesota.

Walz is a strong supporter of LGBTQ+ rights, gender equality, and racial justice. He supports reproductive rights and has fought against efforts to restrict access to abortion in Minnesota. His stance on these issues is grounded in his belief in equal rights and protections for all.

Walz calls himself progressive because he aligns with the broader progressive movement’s misguided emphasis on government action to address perceived inequalities, expand social welfare programs, and promote what the Democratic party calls environmental sustainability. He believes in an expanded role for the government to control the lives of Americans.

And let’s not forget that among the crazier things he has done, is install tampons in boy’s bathrooms.

“Weird” doesn’t cut it. “Bonkers” is more like it.
