Garland Favorito: Ware Cty GA Machine Shows Software Programmed to Flip Votes to Biden

5Mind. The Meme Platform

Garland Favorito is a Libertarian from Georgia who is the Elections Director of The Constitution Party of Georgia and also the Co-founder of VoterGA which stands for Voters Organized For Trusted Election Results Georgia.

Garland Favorito was originally to testify in the 7th position during the Senate hearing in Georgia. He was moved to the bottom of testimony list and then was unable to testify when time ran out. His testimony would have exposed Georgia Republicans involvement in voter fraud. The Senate chairman overrode the president’s legal team in doing this to protect the Secretary of State, the elections director, and the Secretary of State’s legal council from wrong doing.

Garland Favorito would have testified that the Dominion Voting System can flip votes. 37 votes were flipped from Trump to Biden in Ware County. A hand recount of ballots showed one number and the machine count showed another number. When the ballots that were hand counted were fed into the machine, Biden had 37 more votes and Trump had 37 less votes. This represented a swing of just over a quarter of a percent. There are 500,00,000 million votes in total in Georgia. If you take a quarter of a percent it would be 12,500 more votes than what Biden won by, and this was due to a software algorithm change that gave Biden 37 more votes and Trump 37 less votes and 0.26% of a weight is exactly the margin of victory that Biden is currently accredited for having won by in the state of Georgia. It is not human error because every voter puts their ballot in the same slot. If it happened in Ware County it could happen everywhere in Georgia. However it is difficult to discover because the Secretary of State ordered the counties to enter their hand count audit data into his centralized system, which means the counties don’t have their own totals for the hand audit. Because of this they had no way to compare the results. Ware Count produced their own results and kept them. We do not know if this algorithm was in other counties, but it doesn’t appear to be a ballot definition mismatch in either Ware County or, which was claimed, in Antrim County, Michigan.

He also had information about how the audit was compromised by the Secretary of State. The election directors told all the Counties to certify the electronic results and not the hand count audit results. They also had evidence about the legal council for the Secretary of State blocking The Constitution Party from becoming monitors even though they had a qualified write-in candidate on the ballot. Even with these findings, Georgia election officials ordered certification of machine counted results despite the inconsistencies between machine and hand count tallies.

As part of the testimony, Garland Favorito would have requested to have the servers impounded before authorities rushed to wipe machines and data before they could be investigated. This has happened in previous disputed elections.
