Nevada Parents Beat LGBTQ Lesson Plan

5Mind. The Meme Platform

Here is another story related to the Biden-Harris conspiracy to indoctrinate America’s children with sexual filth that you won’t hear much about in the news. This story has a happy ending.

Remember the story of the parents who found out their 15 year old daughter was required to read a pornographic passage in class in 2022 and keep that assignment a secret from her parents? Remember how her educator mother found out and went before her local school board and began reading that passage and they found it so objectionable they cut her microphone?

Mother Candra Evans of child known only as R.E. got up before her local Las Vegas, Nevada school board (Clark County) and began to read the “Monologue” her daughter had been required to read before her class:

“I don’t love you. It’s not you, it’s just (looks down) your d***. I don’t like your d*** or any d*** in that case. I cheated Joe. (mic cut) We were long distance and I’m in college and me and this girl, my roommate, started having some drinks and you know, I thought it was a one-time thing but then we started going out for coffee, and started sleeping in the same bed. I never thought it would get this far but God, it was like fireworks, and made me realize that with you it was always like a pencil sharpener that keeps getting jammed. I’ve tried to look at it from all different perspectives, but the truth is, I’m a f***ing lesbian. I’ll never love you or any man, or any f***ing d***. I hope you find a nice straight girl because that’s not me, and I’m tired of pretending that it is.”

Thereafter, on May 11, 2023, the American Center for Law and Justice (ACLJ) filed a lawsuit (Case 2:22-cv-02171-JAD-VCF) against Nevada’s Clark County School District (CCSD) for forcing Evans’ 15 year-old daughter to read the pornographic script and participating in a cover up. Interestingly, but not often reported, Evans, herself is a former teacher of that district.

ACLJ LAWSUIT: Nevada Public School Forces Child To Perform Pornographic Script, Lies to Parents, and Bans Mom From Reading Script to School Board” – ACLJ

As reported by the ACLJ.org and Fox News, that lawsuit alleged that a student in the Las Vegas area school district was forced to perform a profanity-laced, sexually explicit monologue before her entire class as a required assignment. Thereafter school officials lied to the parents about said assignment and finally, the school board banned the parent of this child from even reading the words the student had been forced to recite before the school board, as the content was deemed too explicit to be read in public.

The ACLJ held that the CCSD violated the student’s First Amendment rights by compelling her, a minor, to read a monologue that was sexual and obscene. They also went a step further when they opted to violate her mother’s First Amendment right to speak when they refused to let her read that same monologue at the CCSD School Board Meeting.

The State of Nevada recognizes the parental right to direct the sexual education of their children, including material relating to the “human reproductive system sexual responsibility.” NRS 389.036. The State of Nevada requires several levels of approval to be obtained in order to educate children on sexual topics and one of those levels includes the parents.

The ACLJ worked in unison with Lex Tecnica Ltd. to represent this family in a lawsuit against CCSD to protect their rights.

Jordan Sekulow, ACLJ’s Executive Director, said: “Public Schools are entrusted with millions of children across the United States, and we would expect that, at a minimum, they would not sexualize our children in the name of education. Unfortunately, however, Nevada’s Clark County School District violated its duty to our clients, Candra & Terrell Evans, when a teacher required their child to perform a sexually explicit and obscene monologue for a graded assignment. The ACLJ has stepped in to protect this family against a rogue school district who thinks they are above the law.”

CONCLUSION:

It should come as no surprise the Evans family won their lawsuit last month by settlement out of court.

Parents settle lawsuit with Clark County School District over explicit assignment” – ABC KTNV

District officials settled the suit for $25,000 with the Evans family before public trial and the understanding that the district would better train Las Vegas Academy of the Arts teacher Kelly Hawes, as well as other faculty, about state and district regulations. The district would not admit to any liability in the settlement.

As a retired teacher of 40 years myself, in defense of many boards and administrations across America, many times these bodies do not know exactly what is being taught in classrooms. Educators have this thing called “academic freedom”. Google defines this as “the right of teachers, students, and academic institutions to pursue knowledge without unreasonable interference.”

But the thing is parents and American society have a right to know academic freedom is not being used as a cover to teach things such as sexual deviancy, promiscuity, religious extremism, bastardization of American History, illegal drug use, blasphemy of God, etc. In other words, there are bad actors now among us who want to push agendas like these. Some call it indoctrination, some call it grooming… whatever it is termed, it is wrong and it should be answered with instant dismissal of those faculty engaging in it.

It is hard enough being a parent these days with cellular phones, the internet, social media, online gaming, online dating, and all the other distractions to parenting. Parents need to fight for their rights of raise kids smartly!

More and more parents are fighting back against this conspiracy of sexual grooming!
