Trump Vindicated Again: Homeland Security Acknowledges Venezuela Intentionally Sending Criminals to U.S.

DC Enquirer

Texas Congressman Troy Nehls revealed that the Department of Homeland Security affirmed that Venezuela is intentionally sending โ€œviolent criminalsโ€ to the United States via the U.S./Mexico border. This new revelation illustrates the dire conditions of the U.S.โ€™s national security and adjudicates everything that Former President Donald Trump warned of.

The former president came under heavy fire in the 2016 presidential election when he said that the people illegally crossing the southern border were โ€œbad hombres,โ€ mainly consisting of rapists, thieves, and other types of criminals. Mainstream media, alongside politically-correct politicians, pounced on the opportunity to paint Trump as a racist white nationalist.

However, despite their constant criticisms, President Trump refused to concede on his impassioned views regarding the border crisis. He remained steadfast in prioritizing the problem, carrying the same fierce rhetoric into his 2020 race and articulating the threat of illegal migrants.

Recently, the U.S. Border Patrol has been experiencing record surges of fentanyl and discovered that these same drug-smuggling cartels are now targeting Americaโ€™s most vulnerable demographic, children, with candy-like colors for drug distribution.

When Former President Trump was in office, โ€œthe number of first-time heroin users ages 12 and older fell by more than 50 percent.โ€ Further, โ€œthe Department of Justice shut down the countryโ€™s biggest Darknet distributor of drugs.โ€ With these accomplishments, the opioid epidemic was drastically slowed, saving countless American lives.

So while Trump would call out the โ€œbad hombresโ€ penetrating our border security each day, it wasnโ€™t for political gain or any form of racist prejudice. It was because a presidentโ€™s first responsibility is to ensure his peopleโ€™s welfare and safety. So when illegal immigrants break our laws and put Americans in danger, a responsible president gives a blunt call to action against those criminals rather than a politically correct and sugarcoated statement.

Trump was right, and we need to return to his blunt realism.
