Despite increasingly dangerous times both abroad and within, America, its constitution, and its citizens remain protected thanks to the selfless sacrifices of these heroes. Facing an aggressive oppositional movement from the radical left and an increasingly hostile mainstream media, the American Law enforcement officer needs our support now more than ever. Act for America knows how critical a superior military defense is to national security and is wholeheartedly committed to supporting our brave men and women in uniform in every capacity. Election Integrity
ACT for America has been actively involved in helping pass more effective election integrity legislation in states across the country.
Through our grassroots activism working with their state legislators ACT For America has helped pass six election integrity bills in Georgia, Arizona, Florida, and Texas. Currently ACT for America is working on 64 state legislative bills nationally.
These bills include removing deceased people from voter rolls, voter identification requirements for both in-person and absentee ballot voting, limit use of drop boxes, and expanding early voting. In addition, legislation eliminating private funding of election administration, baring elected officials from sending out unsolicited absentee ballot request forms, reducing the amount of time people have to request an absentee ballot, and giving legislatures greater control over election administration.

STOP Critical Race Theory
ACT for America has helped to pass eight bills into law to Stop Critical Race Theory through State legislative action in 2021. Critical Race Theory has been making steady progress being introduced into many institutions, and is making rapid strides daily. If Critical Race Theory takes hold, it will change the very nature of America and the way we live. Critical Race Theory holds that the most important thing about you is your race, not your behavior, your character, your values, or your environment. Critical Race Theory is uniquely un-American and rejects the core tenants of the American Judeo-Christian value system.

Pro Border Security
ACT for America is dedicated to ensuring an immediate end to the wave of massive un-fettered refugee resettlement until more appropriate screening practices are instituted. It is time to preface protection over political correctness.
Border security is one of the most important national security issues that ACT For America is helping to enforce. California, Arizona, New Mexico, and Texas are not the only border states; due to our open, porous borders, where illegal immigrants can travel into our country, every state is now a border state. End Sanctuary Cities
Sanctuary cities are those cities that limit how much local law enforcement can comply with federal immigration authorities. In other words, they are cities who are harboring illegal immigrants and also limit the ability of police to do their jobs. Sanctuary cities are a national security risk and pose a threat to the American public:
- Illegal immigrants are responsible for 5% of federal murder convictions
- Illegal immigrants are responsible for 30% of federal kidnapping convictions
- Illegal immigrants are responsible for 18% of federal drug trafficking convictions

Francis Rooney on H.R. 2278 to amend the Immigration and Nationality Act to establish a skills-based immigration points system, to focus family-sponsored immigration on spouses and minor children, to eliminate the Diversity Visa Program, to set a limit on the number of refugees admitted annually to the United States, and for other purposes.
