Alexa Woke votes

5Mind. The Meme Platform

Amazon’s celebrated Alexa caused a justified upheaval after the device was questioned as to which presidential candidate one should vote for.  Alexa replied how Kamala Harris is a “strong candidate with a proven record” and then proceeded to run down an embellished list of qualities of the Democrat nominee. Asked the same question about Donald Trump, Alexa went belly up saying, “I cannot provide content that supports a specific candidate.”

Alexa is the voice-activated AI that made her debut in 2014, the device has always been portrayed as a mononym.  But now we know better. Alexa’s absent last name is: Woke. Alexa Woke is nothing but a Democrat political propagandist, a programmed Foghorn-Leghorn. Next up for Alexa Woke – providing directions. When Alexa tells you to take a Trump, you turn right and when turning left, you make a Harris.

An Amazon spokesperson said the entire episode was an “error” that now has been corrected.  It is only an error when they get caught. Misspeaking and double-speak is the left’s game that they have down cold.

This Alexa debacle was no error.

Alexa Woke was programmed to say what was said.  Computers are not politically biased, nor do they misspeak.  Rather, it is those who program the computers and code the algorithms who are the biased and guilty ones.  Any such “error” is the result of being caught.  The fix has always been in for Harris and it runs deep. This past week Trump not only debated Harris but the two moderators – a reminder that the media, the ill-famed fourth estate, is no friend of the American Republic.

This is not only no surprise but an expected daily practice.

More proof came in the form of a letter dated Aug. 26, 2024 as Meta honcho Mark Zuckerberg admitted to the U.S. House of Representatives Judiciary Committee that the Biden/Harris administration has pressured Big Tech to censor conservatives.

Leftist bias rules the airwaves, the printing press, academia, corporate America, the D.C. Beltway, you name it. Ever notice how nobody loses their job, ever? Rather, they are promoted and applauded once the customary apology is delivered, and everything is then conveniently dismissed.

The guilty parties should be charged with election interference.  Getting caught means nothing without consequences.  Such malfeasance should be met with a multimillion dollar fine and awarded to conservative organizations like the Heritage Foundation, Prager University’s learned videos, and scholarships to Hillsdale College.

Anyone who has any of these AI devices within their household puts their privacy at risk, while diminishing their ability to think.  It is a leftist daily double.

In the past, Amazon has been scrutinized over privacy concerns and did nothing. Image generators, chatbots and other AI tools have caused controversy and is a breeding ground for political bias and civil discord.

Google’s Gemini is no stranger to such shenanigans.  Asking Gemini historical questions led to  ludicrous images like women Popes and the Founding Fathers as all nonwhites.

Election Day is less than two months away on Tuesday, Nov. 5.  Many pollsters say the election is Harris’ to blow. Other political observers expect a tight race, believing a biased and ubiquitous digital assistant like Alexa Woke could sway some voters and be the difference.

Why anyone would seek council from a piece of AI programmed hardware about whom to vote for the leader of the free world runs counter to everything this nation is about.  Anyone consulting Alexa Woke regarding politics and policy should have their voting rights and citizenship revoked.

Given the state of public and civic education in this country, none of this should surprise. Sadly, such behavior is all too common.  If anything, this was just another intentional move on Amazon’s part to promote and sway votes for Harris and her political operatives.

AI is only as good as its programed data and since the left dominates AI what do you expect?

What we put into AI is what we get out and its results are anything but promising.

Remind me again of who the threat to democracy is.
