Tina Peters was the Mesa County Clerk who, as a precautionary measure, backed up the elections data of her county before her computers were serviced and updated as routine maintenance. She did not do this as a Republican trying to perform a “gotcha” maneuver in her job. Matter of fact, like most of us, she never figured anything bad or wrong would happen. Instead, after the electronic voting machine company had left she found they had intentionally or unintentionally illegally wiped her systems.
What she stumbled upon gave the public a rare glimpse of a before and after picture of the tampering. Many in the know felt what she discovered was clear and deliberate manipulation of these electronic voting machines as follows:
- Audit trail deleted
- System logs deleted
- Voting files replaced with new files
Thereafter she was charged with multiple crimes, removed from office, denied due process, and sentenced to prison for 9 years. Peters’ case could very well be historic in that it was most probably the first case of the Democrat’s “lawfare” in the United States.
A Democrat judge refused nearly all of her witnesses, excluded virtually all of her defenses, and evidence, and then sentenced her to prison. What this judge did could very well be deemed a crime in and of itself as what he did was he failed to identify a person who should have rightfully been deemed and protected as a Federal Whistleblower. He then wrongfully used his office to provide cover for the electronic voting machine company, Dominion. What Peters unwittingly did is expose the 2020 General Election was stolen from Donald J. Trump in her one county of Colorado, Mesa (Pop. 165,000).
She proved everything of what the fake news media deemed “election deniers” had been saying was in fact true, “There was widespread and systematic voter fraud in the 2020 General Election in all of the Swing States.”
To this day Tina Peters remains a political prisoner due to the politically motivated charges brought against her. Essentially an activist judge decided to hate the messenger rather than her message.
Under the Supremacy Clause of the United States Constitution (Article VI, Clause 2) and the Fourteenth Amendment (Section 1, Clause 2), the state of Colorado has no jurisdiction over her case. Furthermore, a recent executive order of President Donald Trump, Ending the Weaponization of the Federal Government, provides the legal framework to challenge Peters conviction and secure her justice.
President Trump should pardon her immediately and have her escorted to the White House by the Secret Service to find out what she knows and when she came to know it.
Tina Peters, was a duly elected county clerk who took an oath of office to uphold the United States Constitution and the Constitution of the State of Colorado. Peters fulfilled her federal duty to preserve election records, acting in compliance with federal law which requires such records to be kept for 20 months. Because of this, she was protected under the Supremacy Clause, making Colorado’s prosecution and sentencing wholly unconstitutional an illegal. Judge Matthew Barrett of the 21st Judicial District blatantly overstepped his authority and his verdict and punishment must be nullified and investigated by U.S. Attorney General Pam Bondi.
This is what Barrett said to Peters at the conclusion of her sham trial, “You are no hero. You abused your position and you’re a charlatan. You used and are still using your prior position to peddle a snake oil that’s been proven to be junk time and time again.”
This judge is an example of yet another partisan Democrat hack that puts the political agenda of his party over both the Constitution and case law. As such he should be prosecuted himself.
One would think Fox News would have come to Peters aid but yet, for some odd reason, they never did:
“Fox News Pays $787.5M in Largest Ever Defamation Settlement with Dominion Voting Systems”
Back in 2022 MyPillow CEO Mike Lindell premiered a documentary and financed a one hour documentary film “[S]election Code” (https://selectioncode.com/).
The premise of the movie asked the critical thinking question:
“What if our leaders aren’t actually being elected by us, but instead selected by persons unknown?”
“[S]election Code” follows the story of Mesa County (Colorado) Clerk Tina Peters. She is yet another American hero for following election laws of our country. She made a backup of her county’s computer voting system server before they came to install a “Trusted Build” software update. Federal and state laws require clerks, such as Peters, to retain election voter data for 2 years in the event an audit is required thereafter.
Thereafter she inadvertently stumbled upon evidence of vote manipulation after a local city council election. She then backtracked to determine the same thing had happened in the 2020 general election for president as well. Tina’s discovery ignited a chain reaction of events upending her life.
It was a good thing she did make that copy, too! She found the data of the images of her hard drives did not match from before to after the “Trusted Build” software update.
The most damning thing Peters found was Secretary of State Jena Griswold (D) had secret passwords for the election machines she was not supposed to have and Tina Peters (R) did not know she had them until a foolish on air admission Griswold made during a press conference.
Griswold demanded Peters retract her statements about the election fraud and Peters refused.
CONCLUSION:
President Trump’s recent executive order directly confronts the abuse of power by government agencies and their unjust persecution of political opposition such as Tina Peters. It mandates a full review of all such cases where individuals have been targeted for exposing corruption or defending constitutional principles. The case of Tina Peters is one of the most blatant examples of such in American History.
Tina Peters may very well be the first instance of Democrat’s lawfare against conservative Republicans and that makes her a historic American hero.
Tina Peters is a Gold Star Mom who lost her Navy Seal son years ago. She deserved better than this!
All those who are attacking Peters should be prosecuted themselves. They are aiding and abetting in a Federal crime, the crime of election fraud. Unlike her accusers, Tina Peters is transparent as per her website that shows the forensic audit of the voting machines used in her county: Tina Peters Reports
Three final thoughts on this Tina Peters case worth note:
- Tina Peters now has fears for her safety in the prison system of Colorado and has asked for protection (she does not want to end up Epsteined).
- Colorado Secretary of State Jena Griswold (D) posted passwords for Colorado’s ACTIVE voting systems online and left them up there for months. Griswold is the same partisan SoS who tried to get President Trump thrown off the Colorado State ballot.
- If I was a voter in Mesa County Colorado, I would be starting a class action lawsuit against the Democratic Governor Jared Polis, Secretary of State Jena Griswold, and Judge Matthew Barrett for diminishing the value of my Republican vote!
