Steve Bannon asks Mayor Rudy Giuliani why he thinks Joe Biden should be impeached on grounds of treason for “giving aid and comfort” to our enemies during time of war.
Giuliani: “I have to put it this way. There’s a case to be made and a case to be investigated. If this were a Republican president and a Democrat Congress, they would have begun an investigation for impeachment the day after it happened…. Technically he’s violated the constitutional provision. First of all, it requires you being at war. Well, he did it while he claims we were at war with the Taliban. … While we were there, we gave them an air base filled with billions of dollars in armaments, we gave them a list of our people and also the Afghanis who helped us. That’s a kill list. … You can’t aid an enemy of the United States.”
