The U.S. House of Representatives has passed an election bill that will make it harder to decertify the results of a presidential election. This was allegedly done to prevent any future efforts to have a vice president count dueling electoral college votes if state representatives appoint their own electors.
And in other news, an appeals court judge has ruled in favor of the Department of Justice to block former President Donald Trump’s special master in the Mar-a-Lago case from reviewing documents with classified markings.
