In the past I wrote about the truckers boycotting New York City over the lawfare engaged against former President Donald Trump.
“Teamsters to Stop New York Deliveries over Trump Verdict”
But Trump supporters of different political walks of life, religions, races, and ethnicities have many tools available to passively and legally strike back at what was so obviously the sham trial of former President Donald Trump in the New York State Supreme Courtroom of Juan Merchan.
Ohio Senator J.D. Vance (R) is making the case that Judge Merchan’s conduct against President Trump, including his unconstitutional gag order, his refusal to dismiss prospective jurors who harbored obvious anti-Trump bias, and his barring of exculpatory evidence, amounts to criminal deprivation of rights violations under 18 U.S.C. §§ 241–42.
What Merchan should have done is recuse himself from the case rather than take it. Instead, he seems to be climbing over the other 323 justices of that court to take Trump-related court cases. Justice Merchan presided over both the tax-fraud trial that led to the convictions in both the Trump Organization’s chief financial officer, Allen Weisselberg as well as the fraud and money-laundering case against Trump ally Steve Bannon who was raising private funds to “build the wall”.
18 U.S.C. § 241 criminalizes conspiracies to “injure, oppress, threaten, or intimidate” others from enjoying their federally protected rights, while 18 U.S.C. § 242 prohibits any person acting under color of law from depriving individuals of their rights under the Constitution and federal law, including officials acting “within” and “beyond” the bounds of their lawful authority. U.S. Supreme Court precedent expressly declares that improper conduct of judges is subject to prosecution under statute.
“SENATOR VANCE CALLS FOR CRIMINAL INVESTIGATION INTO JUDGE MERCHAN”
And that is not all that is being done in the Senate. Thus far 8 Republican Senators have vowed to shut down the Senate with their votes against anything Biden related.

Meanwhile, Georgia Representative Marjorie Taylor Greene (R) has called for the defunding of the entire State of New York over the “sham trial” of former President Donald Trump.

But that is just one of 4 ways House Republicans may strike back at the Democrats for waging war by lawfare against former President Donald Trump.

What we, the people, are doing also speaks volumes to those who perpetrated this obvious hoax. To begin with, the Trump Campaign has received a record amount of donation money from the American citizenry. His campaign took in almost 53 million dollars 24 hours after the verdict and a record 141 million for the month of May. Some billionaires, who previously endorsed Joe Biden in 2020, have announced they are now switching sides to Donald Trump. Some celebrity personalities of the music industry, Hollywood, and sports arenas have made similar announcements.
Another interesting thing the conservative right is doing is using both humor and creativity to mock both the Merchan trial verdict and the liberal left who applauded it. People were posting “I FELON Love with DONALD TRUMP for President!” Another post noted history, “Almost all of our forefathers were felons so Trump is in good company!”
Elon Musk took to his social media platform to call out the hypocrisy of the left.
Hard to view this as anything other than abuse of the law for political purposes https://t.co/c8Ub8g62qq

Many are now drawing the parallels between the discrepancy between Donald Trump getting tried over the matter of $130,000 in a hush money payment while Hillary Clinton and the Democrat National Committee (DNC) paid $160,000 to Christopher Steele for “opposition research” in developing the bogus Steele Dossier (Trump–Russia Dossier). Clinton and the DNC got fined $113,000 thereafter by the Federal Election Commission (FEC) with no criminal charges while Trump got no charges brought by the FEC but ended up in a criminal trial.
Another thing that is very rewarding about this episode in American history is how many liberals and Democrats are both questioning and outright attacking what was done to former President Donald Trump. Democrats are turning their backs on their party from top (elected party officials) to bottom (low income citizens in blue urban areas).
CONCLUSION:
I predicted the 5 cases brought against former President Donald Trump would all come back as boomerangs on the Democrats and they are. The socialist Democrats are taking America down a road they do not want to be on. That means the only way they can stay this course is to engage in lawfare and cheat in elections. They got away with election theft in 2020 but the lawfare of 2024 is blowing up in their faces… and I’m loving it!

Probably the best way average Americans of both the left and the right can send Joe Biden and these socialist Democrats a message is to hurt them financially by boycotting their blue cities of New York and Washington, D.C. New York is the number one city tourist destination of America worth some 75 billion dollars annually. Washington, D.C. is number 7 as a destination.
My attitude is if Democrat Tony Fauci can make New York City a ghost town for 8 months to get Trump out of office, the right can do the same to get Biden out of office!
“I visited New York City in March and found a ghost town. Eight months later, I retraced my steps and saw the landmarks are coming alive again.” – Business Insider
As for me, every time I hear somebody say “convicted felon Donald Trump”, I am going to respond with “Joe Biden pedophile at large”!
That should wipe that stupid little grin off of Joe Biden’s face!
