Juan Manuel Merchan is a Colombian-American judge and former prosecutor of New York. He is an acting justice of the New York State Supreme Court who just presided over the criminal trial of former President Donald Trump. Trump was found guilty yesterday on all 34 counts brought against him by District Attorney Alvin Bragg, also of New York. Both Merchan and Bragg are Democrats put into office with the money and backing of George Soros. Most Americans know these facts.

What most Americans do not know is Merchan came to this country as an immigrant from Columbia. Wikipedia offers he was born in either 1962 or 1963 in Bogotá, Colombia. He then is reported to have immigrated to New York City when he was six years old. He grew up in Jackson Heights, Queens, as the youngest of six. His father was a military officer in Colombia. Merchan studied business at Baruch College in Manhattan, graduating in 1990. He then earned his Juris Doctor from Hofstra University School of Law on Long Island in 1994. He is said to be the first member of his family to go to college.
“Who’s Judge Juan Merchan? Trump says he ‘hates me’ but lawyers say he’s fair” – NBC News
Those of us who grew up ten years before Merchan grew up watching a show called “Adventures of Superman” where his moto was to “fight for truth, justice, and the American way!” Fun fact: “Truth, Justice, and the American Way” was invented for this television series, starring George Reeves which hit the airwaves in 1952 during the Red Scare.
The farcical criminal trial of former President Donald Trump has been lacking in all three; truth, justice, and the American way. Judge Merchan had a chance to be a real Superman style hero by taking on the Alvin Bragg case to simply quash it in his courtroom, but he didn’t do that. Instead, he brought a Columbian style courtroom to New York to disgrace himself and the New York justice system. Here is why this can be correctly stated according to God’s honest truth, another old expression of the 1950’s.
Truth
The truth is former President Donald Trump committed no crimes. What seems to have occurred is the socialist Democrats took a page out of history from about 1952 as well. Back then Lavrentiy Beria was the most ruthless and longest-serving secret police chief in Joseph Stalin’s reign of terror in Russia. He is infamous for the chilling boast “Show me the man and I’ll show you the crime.” He served as deputy premier from 1941 until Stalin’s death in 1953. He was famous for filling and expanding the gulags of Russia with many innocent people until Stalin was overthrown in 1953.
Justice
So what Alvin Bragg did was he filed 34 separate charges to run up the number of fraudulent felony charges for every check the Trump Organization cut to their then attorney Michael Cohen. This action alone indicates Alvin Bragg, himself, is guilty of prosecutorial misconduct. Bragg should have filed one charge of wrongdoing, not 34. The reason why is even if one assumed Donald Trump did this with malicious intent, Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) and paying somebody to sign them is not illegal and even if calling them a “legal expense” was misclassifying them according to accounting practices, such charges can only be a misdemeanor. This constitutes fraud on Bragg’s part! Most experts in law and accounting agree, Trump did nothing wrong here.
Then there is the big second issue which makes both Bragg and Merchan look like a couple of criminals themselves. The statute of limitations long expired on this incident for it to be legally tried and the novel way Bragg decided to file it as a Federal Election violation as a backdoor method to bring it to court is wrong three ways:
- Bragg is not authorized to prosecute Federal Charges as a District Attorney.
- The Federal Election Commission (FEC) concluded years ago no violations of election laws occurred in this incident.
- The timing of this case brought up against President Trump after he announced his intent to run for the presidency again constitutes an actual Federal crime of “Federal Election Interference”.

The American Way
As a Bible-based country, Americans do not bear false witness against one another and falsely prosecute and persecute somebody for their politics. That is not the American Way. Another aspect of the American Way that socialists and Marxists better remember is Americans do not tolerate blatant lying and hypocrisy with the intent of any one group looking to overtake our country.
In the video of Victory News above Peter Breen of the ThomasMoreSociety.org notes the hypocrisy of former President Donald Trump being prosecuted for Federal Election violations in an alleged hush money payout while Hillary Clinton was never prosecuted after she paid for the Steele Dossier (bogus report of Russian Collusion by Trump), and then hid that expenditure in her campaign reports. Breen points out that Clinton was also a New York resident.
Lastly, President Trump had his Constitutional right to “Due Process” denied in a number of different ways.
You can start with the fact the judge should have recused himself due to his daughter being a Democrat Party fundraiser who has now raised millions of dollars off of this sham trial.
Go to the trial where Merchan upheld almost every objection of the prosecution while overruling almost every objection of the defense.
An conclude with the one witness that could have helped former President Trump, attorney Robert Costello, where Merchan had a little fake temper tantrum to the point of clearing the court. The reason why Merchan did so was Costello was blowing the Michael Cohen narrative. Costello had been Cohen’s own lawyer for a time. He testified just the week prior in an appearance at a House hearing on Capitol Hill, Cohen lied under oath during his testimony and recounted a 2018 meeting he had with the then-attorney in which, Costello claimed, Cohen was “absolutely manic.” Costello testified Cohen told him “numerous times” Trump “knew nothing about those payments, that he did this on his own,” as quoted by The New York Times.
CONCLUSION:
I keep thinking about the wickedness of today’s socialist Democrats and how the words of the Bible will come back to haunt them:
God’s Ninth Commandment
“Thou shalt not bear false witness against thy neighbor.” Exodus 20:16
Josh Manning of the Western Journal in the Victory News video above highlights one of my deepest fears for our country now when he says:
“What I am concerned about is that every instance where the government, the establishment, the elite, do things like this they make average Americans, who are already very frustrated, feel less empowered and eventually when you make people feel… when you get them to the point where they feel like they don’t have another option other than violence, other than some sort of revolutionary instinct, things get very dangerous very quickly, tend to heat up extraordinarily quickly. I don’t think the left… I don’t think the media realize the fire they are playing with right now.”
Judge Juan Merchan should be removed from the bench, he should be disbarred, and he should be deported back to Columbia. He has proven in his conduct of this trial he is not one of us!
How many others of Joe Biden’s 10 million unvetted “newcomers” (a.k.a. illegal aliens) do not belong here as well?
