Conservative gun-rights activist, Kaitlin Bennett, got her first claim to fame as the Kent State ‘gun girl’. when in May 2018 she posed with an AR-10 rifle right after her graduation from Kent State University. Kaitlin wore a short white dress with her rifle slung over her shoulder. She also flashed her graduation cap that read “Come and take it.”

On Monday, February 17, 2020, Kaitlin returned to Ohio University to shoot a video where she asked students trivia questions about Presidents Day. Instead she was confronted by protesters and driven from campus while

“This is what happens when a Trump supporter goes to a college campus. Leftists at @ohiou started a riot when @Joelpatrick1776 and I showed up, and the @oupolice let it happen,” Bennett tweeted. “I think @realDonaldTrump should strip funding from universities like this that harbor terrorists.”
