Yesterday the 400,000 members of the United Auto Workers announced its endorsement of Joe Biden for President in 2024. But did they?
Did UAW President Shawn Fain take a vote of the rank and file to see what they thought? Probably not because no vote results were posted. This is what the UAW website offered of the endorsement:
“Washington, D.C. – On Wednesday, January 24th, with hundreds of UAW members, leaders, and activists gathered at the union’s national Community Action Program (CAP) conference, the UAW announced its endorsement of Joe Biden for President of the United States.”
Hundreds does not equal thousands!
In 2016 I was a member of the American Federation of Teachers (AFT) – Illinois Federation of Teachers (IFT) when AFT President Randi Weingarten came out saying we endorsed Hillary Clinton for President in 2016 without a vote of the rank and file. I retired. She was no longer going to speak for me.
When I was in my youth growing up, my father was a firefighter/paramedic and a member of the AFL/CIO/IAFF. I remember union meetings where they took votes on such matters and the results of those votes were made public. Democrats used to actually walk the walk when it came to transparency.
Fain came out with a statement, “Joe Biden bet on the American worker while Donald Trump blamed the American worker.” Fain went on, “We need to know who’s gonna sit in the most powerful seat in the world and help us win as a united working class. So if our endorsements must be earned, Joe Biden has earned it … UAW is endorsing Joe Biden for president of the United States!”
UAW President Shawn Fain is guilty of malpractice and a bad endorsement and here are reasons why backed up with facts!
BODY – Joe Biden the Vaccine Mandate Liar
One the campaign trail (basement?) in December of 2020 Joe Biden said he would not mandate the COVID-19 vaccines of Operation Warp Speed.

But just 10 months into his presidency he mandated vaccines for all Americans connected to government contracts, (which is most of America) but not Congress or Postal Workers. His accomplices in the mainstream media never asked him to explain the exemptions of these two groups. One can imagine Congress was exempted because they were in bed with him to play along nicely and the Postal Workers were needed to deliver the fraudulent mail-in ballots coming in 2022 for the Midterm Election.

Of course that mandate was not constitutional and got shot down in court time and time again but in the meantime many Americans had either acquiesced to take the vaccine or quit their jobs. Some workers sued and successfully got their jobs back with backpay.

MIND – Joe Biden and the Climate Change/EV Charade
Climate change is a proven hoax and fraud and all the proof you need is not a single prediction over the last 40 some odd years has ever come to pass.

Electric vehicles are a good thing but mostly for people living in large urban areas where they need to travel less than 250 miles a day. Also, electric vehicle owners/drivers need to be aware they are not “saving the planet” or “going green”. Electricity and the batteries that store it are all largely reliant on the fossil/mineral fuel industry so to pretend otherwise is delusional.

So Joe Biden and the socialist Democrats worked to talk up all kinds of electric vehicle mandates for our near future, the automaker CEOs bought into the talk and worked to become compliant and now they are in BIG trouble!

Now where some of these articles blame the problem on high labor costs and lack of supply chain for manufacture, the truth of the matter is public demand has been tanking with each new horror story about either people left stranded or long charge times.
People like Joe Biden and California Governor Gavin Newsome should now be investigated to see how much of their stock portfolios were padded with EV related stocks. Also, a strong union stands up for its members and its employer and the UAW did not do this leaving CEO’s like GM’s Mary Barra in a dilemma. Union membership doesn’t matter much after your plant closes. Donald Trump understands this!

SOUL – Joe Biden and “Bidenomics” is a Proven Joke
The Biden Administration and White House have talked up “Bidenomics” to explain the seemingly robust economy. Joe explains it as “growing the economy from the middle out” without explanation. What it really is about is building a house of cards by blowing up the national debt by printing too much money and moving more people from capitalism to socialism dependency on the government.
Even if you do want to believe this lie of Joe Biden the fact of the matter remains that people employed in the private sector have not had wages keeping up with inflation. You can do the math yourself in your own household. Inflation since Joe Biden took office is 9 to 10% depending on the report. Did you wages increase that much since January of 2021?
Another aspect of Bidenomics is the claim to have created some 14 million jobs in the last 4 years. Most experts look at this and note that these are not new jobs but rather jobs simply being brought back from the pre-pandemic time during the Trump Administration.
The House Budget Committee of Congress offers a chart that shows while the Biden Administration has recovered some of the jobs lost to the pandemic, it is still not up to the projected gains of the Trump Administration.
CONCLUSION
If you look at the body, mind, and soul of our nation you are looking at our labor force and what is good for it. A nation is in danger when the takers outnumber the makers. That was happening before when American Baby Boomers were retiring en masse but now we have 8 million new illegal imported souls the Democrat socialists are aiding and abetting with all forms of public aid leading us to an anticipated planned Cloward-Pivens style failure.
Union membership needs to stand up to union leaders like Shawn Fain and Randi Weingarten and announce to the world they do not speak for them as no endorsement vote was ever taken! The future of this nation depends on Americans standing up for themselves and thus the nation.
