Logan Act Violations Need Prosecution

Former members of the Obama administration Anthony Blinken (Secretary of State), Victoria Nuland (Assistant Secretary of State), Susan Rice (American Diplomat and policy advisor), and Alexander Vindman (Director of European Affairs for the United States National Security Council) are widely being reported as having allegedly advised President Volodymyr Zelenskyy to reject Trumpโ€™s peace and minerals deal in violation of the Logan Act last week.

A gentleman by the name of Richard Grenell has come out to speak and enlighten the American public recently about this interference by those seemingly influencing President Zelenskyy. Grenell is widely known and respected as an American diplomat, public official and former public relations consultant. More recently he has served President Trump as the Acting Director of National Intelligence of the United States (2020) and is currently serving as Trump’s Envoy for Special Missions.

Over the weekend Grenell appeared on a news roundtable talk show where he not only did not follow the narrative of the hosts but blew it up in their faces! Today, we can find no record of his appearance on any talk shows. We did find this post on โ€œXโ€, formerly Twitter, by another person who saw this same appearance and sums it up very well.

โ€œRichard Grenellโ€™s absolutely rightโ€”this is serious stuff. Obamaโ€™s old team, Blinken, Nuland, Rice, and Vindman, telling Zelenskyy to nix Trumpโ€™s deal isnโ€™t just interference; itโ€™s a flat-out Logan Act violation. These folks are trying to derail Trumpโ€™s effort to wrap up the Ukraine chaos, and itโ€™s a direct stab at what heโ€™s working to achieve. Trumpโ€™s been upfront: peace, not war, with Americaโ€™s priorities first. This stunt by the Obama crowd shows theyโ€™d rather watch it burn than let him pull it off.

Trumpโ€™s deal was a real shot at halting the messโ€”Ukraineโ€™s been slugging it out with Russia for years, getting nowhere. Zelenskyy turning it down on these has-beensโ€™ advice proves heโ€™s more their pawn than a leader. Grenellโ€™s bang-on calling this out; itโ€™s not just foolish, itโ€™s recklessโ€”keeping the war dragging while they push their globalist nonsense. Trump and Vance are the only ones showing guts here, aiming to yank America out of this pit, and the conservatives behind them know itโ€™s past time to stop funding a fight thatโ€™s not Americaโ€™s burden.

The Biden-Harris administration laid the groundwork for this flopโ€”years of throwing money and weapons at Ukraine with no plan, letting Zelenskyy think Americaโ€™s support was a given. Democrats didnโ€™t give a damn about the priceโ€”billions vanished, inflation shot up, and regular people got stuck with the tab. They kept this war limping along, and now their Obama pals are yanking levers to prolong it. Trumpโ€™s shift to cut ties is what actual leadership looks likeโ€”no more of that spineless groveling Biden and Harris leaned on.

Grenellโ€™s raising the flag for good reason. This isnโ€™t just Ukraineโ€”itโ€™s about whoโ€™s calling the shots. Trumpโ€™s battling to take the wheel, and these Obama leftovers are scrambling to block him. Conservatives arenโ€™t buying this rubbish; theyโ€™re fed up with the old crewโ€™s games. Zelenskyy can cling to his faded advisors all he likesโ€”Trumpโ€™s not budging, and thatโ€™s why heโ€™s the one whoโ€™ll finish this, not them.โ€

While this story is difficult to pin down, it has gotten legs by way Grenell. Some say the source of his story came from a โ€œUkrainian diplomatโ€ and now some are openly speculating if it wasnโ€™t the woman who had her face in her hands in the Oval Office.

The Logan Act (18 U.S.C. ยง 953) is a United States Federal law dating back to 1799 that prohibits unauthorized individuals from negotiating with foreign governments in relation to disputes or controversies involving the United States. Specifically the act makes it a felony for any American citizen other than those elected to the Executive Branch to correspond or negotiate with foreign entities without the permission of the U.S. Government. The law was designed to prevent private citizens from undermining the governmentโ€™s foreign policy and to ensure that only authorized representatives engage in diplomatic discussions. The Logan Act has rarely been enforced with very few cases prosecuted using it.

But many are now calling on Attorney General Pam Bondi to use it since it appears that those engaging in it seemingly are only doing so to undermine President Donald Trump in his second term.

CONCLUSION:

We touched on this story last week here:

โ€œWarmongers Met with Zelenskyy Before Trump and Vanceโ€

But we have since learned Senator Chuck Schumer may also have been involved in a meeting with President Zelenskyy before he met with President Trump here:

President Trump and A.G. Bondi need to act on these people and bring them up on Logan Act violation charges. I am not saying this as a MAGA American, conservative, or Republican. I am saying this as I have a genuine concern for their safety and wellbeing. They are making themselves targets.

Elected Democrats are increasingly pushing the boundaries of our Constitution and laws of the land without consequences and sooner or later you know the radical right is going to answer with its own form of vigilante justice which is less about justice than frustration leading to mob rule. A.G. Pam Bondi needs to act now!

I am a new fan of Richard Grenell. He is yet another example of how a really intelligent person can make a liberal lunatic look stupid and shut them down for good. Case in point:

The latest word is that Ukrainian President Zelenskyy has indicated by way of Secretary of State Marco Rubio he is now ready to sign the documents President Trump had ready for him to sign last Friday.
