Back in April of 1978 Penthouse magazine printed a very comprehensive article titled “The First 100 Lies of Jimmy Carter”. Democrat Jimmy Carter was 2 years into his first term as president after beating Republican Gerald Ford. Many believe that article kept him from achieving a second term as Ronald Reagan defeated him in 1980. Two things I remember about those times; Penthouse at the time was then second most quoted and respected news source after Newsweek and the biggest lie I was aware of was when Carter had called himself a “nuclear engineer” during his campaign. Actuality he had worked in a nuclear plant in public relations or human resources. To this day, all we know about Carter is he received a “Bachelors of Science from the U.S. Naval Academy” but there is absolutely no information as to what his area of study was and what his degree was specific to.
Back in 1980, people identified compulsive liars as dishonest people who were either trying to hide from a truth or play someone, or both. These days that trait as a personality flaw is less commonly exposed and punished. That is unfortunate. Many experts believe not calling out liars to be a sign of the beginning of a society’s end. As a Bible-based society we believe in telling the truth:
“There are six things that the Lord hates, seven that are an abomination to him: haughty eyes, a lying tongue, and hands that shed innocent blood, a heart that devises wicked plans, feet that make haste to run to evil, a false witness who breathes out lies, and one who sows discord among brothers.” ~ Proverbs 6:16-19
Joe Biden has recently called former President Donald Trump a “pathological liar”. That had many people laughing out loud saying, “Pot, meet kettle!” Biden kept saying Trump lied to the public 28 times during the first 2024 presidential debate on CNN. Biden was apparently, basing his talking point on this CNN news report:

Joe Biden and the liberals like CNN have seemingly been operating from the posture if they throw enough poop at Donald Trump, some of it is bound to stick. The latest talking point is to call Donald Trump a liar. The problem with that strategy is few see Trump that way. Trump uses a combination of tongue-in cheek satire and hyperbole when he speaks and slow people are not smart enough to understand either concept. If you believe the last election results, the combination of all of those slow American people could number as high as 81 million.

When it comes to President Trump and telling the truth, I will offer one example as it seems to be the one that bothers liberals the most, the Roe v. Wade Supreme Court reversal. On June 24, 2022, in Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health Organization, the U.S. Supreme Court overturned the Roe v. Wade court decision of some 50 years prior. Former President Donald Trump has always felt that the decision of abortion should be handled in each individual state and not regulated by a Federal law or legal position.
What Daniel Dale put up on the CNN screen about this issue was this about President Trump:
“Every legal scholar wanted Roe v. Wade overturned and abortion policy returned to the states.”
One could argue that President Trump should have used the word, “many” instead of “every” but the way Trump’s mind works is if you were not against the Roe v. Wade decision, than you just exposed yourself as a political activist instead of legal scholar. Such reasoning has a valid point and someone who speaks such a hyperbole is not a liar as they are offering a purposeful exaggeration not meant to be taken literally.
For example, Justice Samuel Alito complained as a young lawyer in the Reagan administration of “the courts’ refusal to allow breathing room for reasonable state regulation” of abortion. In a job application, he once wrote, “I personally believe very strongly that the Constitution does not protect a right to an abortion.” As the SCOTUS authority of the Dobbs majority opinion, he wrote that “Roe was . . . egregiously wrong and on a collision course with the Constitution from the day it was decided.”
CONCLUSION:
Most people alive today probably don’t even know what Roe v. Wade was all about back in 1973. In a lawsuit brought by a fictional “Jane Roe” she alleged state laws were unconstitutionally vague and thus abridged her right of personal privacy, in the matter of abortions, protected by the First, Fourth, Fifth, Ninth, and Fourteenth Amendments. Since then the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), of 1996 enacted on August 21, 1996 as Public Law 104-191 addresses some of these original concerns. As a side note, the COVID-19 pandemic under the leadership of Anthony Fauci did much to undermine the HIPAA privacy act and liberals have remained oddly silent on that issue.
So getting back to Joe Biden calling Donald Trump a pathological liar… Google’s AI Overview identifies a “pathological liar” as:
“A pathological liar is someone who lies compulsively or habitually, often without a clear benefit.”
So if we use this definition to compare Joe Biden to Donald Trump;
Which one brought up stories about “Corn Pop”, a real bad dude, and Uncle Bosie, who lost his life in WW-II being eaten by cannibals in New Guinea?
Which one is widely regarded as a constitutional purist and nationalist looking to protect the rich history and heritage of America the way it has always been?
And not to make liberals heads explode but every time you call President Donald Trump a “convicted felon”, you are a liar yourself! Not only is he not a convicted felon but the same people who trash-talk him that way cannot even explain the crime of his supposed felony.
Come November 5th, Joe Biden needs to be gone (if not before) the same way we made Jimmy Carter gone.
