After several hours of debate, Senate Bill 7 (S.B. 7) the Election Integrity bill and Senate Bill 12 (S.B. 12) the Social Media Censorship bill have fully passed the Texas Senate early this morning, according to a tweet by Senator Bryan Hughes,

S.B. 7 Election Integrity

Bill Title: Relating to elections, including election integrity and security; creating criminal offenses; providing civil penalties.

S.B. 12 Social Media

Bill Title: Relating to complaint procedures and disclosure requirements for social media platforms and to the censorship of users’ expressions by an interactive computer service.
