Bailey Campbell (17), Billy Tarbett (15), and Aeron McQuillin (18), were out for a drive to Tim Horton’s in Fonthill, Ontario, Canada to get something to drink, when they came across a smoking vehicle at the intersection.

They parked behind the car to see if they could help. After checking over the vehicle, they decided the vehicle shouldn’t be driven or even started. They pushed the vehicle off the road and into the Tim Horton’s parking lot, where they checked the vehicle over again. The woman’s roommate had to work at 5am that morning, and the driver wasn’t in a position to get a tow to her house.

“You boys ready for a push?” Aeron asked.

Aeron drove his car to the destination. Almost 10 kilometres away. He got a ride back with another  friend Dan Morrison, where they got some waters, grabbed our speakers and began pushing the Chevy Cobalt down Merrittville Highway.

They finally made it to their destination after over an hour and a half of pushing.

The next morning they all woke up to their phones blowing up with messages and Facebook notifications from total strangers, showing their appreciation and gratitude for the teenagers random act of kindness.

Aeron MCQuillin says “On behalf of Bailey, Billy and myself – thank you so much to everyone for the kind words and offers of gifts. We hope more people can learn from this situation and not be afraid to lend a helping hand to those in need.”

Wow, what wonderful examples to all of us about loving our neighbor and treating others as we would want to be treated. Lets begin a teen challenge that includes helping others in such wonderful ways!!!
