Call To Action: Stop The Greatest Threat To Our Constitution
Synopsis
For the last five years this country has been subjected to the biggest disinformation campaign in American history by a complicit media colluding both the Obama and Biden administrations, Democratic party and National Security agencies in spreading the “big bogus lie” that Trump and member of his team colluded with the Russians and that the Russians were the responsible party in helping Trump get elected President by interfering in the 2016 election.
Getting lost in all of the disinformation reported by the media is the roles of how the National Security agencies were being used by both the Obama and Biden administrations in creating the Clinton-DNC false flag narrative that the Russians interfered in the 2016 election to taint Trump with colluding the Russians to deceive and divert the public attention from Hillary Clinton email scandal.
Whatever the Russians did or didn’t do was being done by our own National Security agencies, to wit; the Department of Justice (DOJ), Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) and the Central Intelligence agency (CIA) as the evidence being gathered (continuing) by Special Counsel John Durham and his investigative team has definitively proven that there was NO Trump collusion with Russia, but it has definitively proven that there WAS collusion to construct the false narrative of such collusion by Democratic Presidential candidate Hillary Clinton, the DNC and President Obama by politically weaponized Executive Branch, Intelligence agencies (in particular the FBI) DOJ, and private companies and individuals, all acting in concert with each other in implementing their Machiavellian plan to destroy Trump candidacy and after Trump election, his Presidency.
[Note: The filings by Durham to the court corroborates the scope and extent of the Conspiracy and the Prosecution Theory to deceive the American public and obstruct the Executive Branch in violation of Title 18 U.S.C. 371 as laid out in Durham’s speaking indictment in his court filings and reported in the various media & sub stack articles.] 1 2 3
If you compare the information in the various media & sub stack articles referenced, with the information laid out to date in Durham’s two indictments and court filings, shows that Durham has uncovered evidence that this was an organized criminal conspiracy enterprise by those involved in planning the manufacturing of evidence to deceive the American public and obstruct the office of the Executive Branch.
Open-source reporting and declassified documents has exposed governmental corruption at the highest levels of government. Durham in his court filings has laid out the scope and extent of the largest corruption conspiracy scandal in U.S. history.
More importantly the information presented in the references has highlighted how the National Security agencies deceived the American public by using their lie and denial techniques in setting up the Russians as the responsible party. This was exemplified by the 50 former intelligence experts publishing a letter a few weeks before the 2020 POTUS election, claiming that the Biden laptop was Russian disinformation, when the evidence has proven that the laptop belonged to Biden’s son Hunter. These 50 former intelligence officials knowingly and willfully used their former National Security positions and the public trust to deceive the American public that one could arguably say adversely impacted voters in the 2020 POTUS election of influencing voters in voting for Biden over Trump. 4
For over four years, several media outlets promoted the Clinton-DNC hoax plan by using anonymous sources in the Intelligence Community as the primary sources for their reporting, that parts of the “Steele dossier” were verified from intercepts of Russian officials, giving the appearance to the public that Trump was colluding with the Russians as part of the Clinton-DNC disinformation plan.
The problem with these media stories is they were flat out lies put out by both the media and the Intelligence Community to deceive the public from unverified Intelligence intercepts giving the appearance Trump was colluding with the Russians. If there were actual Intelligence intercepts of evidentiary value of Trump, or members of his team were colluding with the Russians, you can bet Special Counsel Mueller would have declassified the intercepts for evidentiary purposes. Instead, Mueller assembled a team of partisan democratic lawyer’s, spent over 35 million dollars, in conducting a two-year investigation into Trump and his campaign, only to conclude that they did not find any evidence that Trump nor members of his campaign coordinated or conspired with the Russian government. Mueller findings were exculpatory, finding no evidence of Trump colluding with the Russians. This exemplifies why intelligence information is not evidence
Durham speaking indictment in his court filings shows it was the Clinton campaign and the DNC that fabricated the false narrative tying Trump and his campaign to the Russians by promoting unverified intelligence assessments and unverified intercepts of Russian officials by the National Security agencies, FBI, CIA and Friendly foreign Intelligence agencies as evidence of Trump colluding with the Russians.
The facts show there was never any Russian false flag disinformation campaign by the Russian Intelligence Service (RIS) and that the “Steele dossier” was not the product of a RIS Russian disinformation operation. The National Security agencies inferred that evidence of Trump Russian collusion is there, but its classified, is not evidence, its hearsay and like all hearsay its fails because it cannot be properly examined or verified. Its classic tradecraft used by Intelligence agencies in giving illusion that there “Ties to Russian Intelligence” using the lies and deception technique for malefactors like Brennan, Comey, McCabe, Strzok and the Mueller team to infer there is fire when there is only smoke.

The Political Weaponization Of The National Security Agencies And The Media
Creation of the Fourth Branch of Government, The Intelligence Branch
On July 5, 2021, and July 9, 2021, two blog articles were published by Sundance on a blog site called The Last Refuge on the theconservativetreehouse.com, the first blog titled “Day One, The Fourth Branch of Government, The Intelligence Branch.” and the second blog titled “Day three the fourth branch of government the Intelligence Branch.” 5 6
The two blog articles by Glen Greenwald make the following salient points:
· The weaponization of the Intelligence apparatus and the FBI, originated under President Barack Obama.
· That Obama took the foundational tools created by Bill Clinton and George Bush and used the intelligence system architecture to create a weapon for use in his fundamental transformation. An alliance of ideologues within government (intel community) and the private sector (big tech and finance) was assembled, and the largest government weapon was created.
· The articles highlighted how the modern version of the total intelligence apparatus has now metastasized into a fourth branch of government and explain how and why the oversight or “check/balance” in the system has become functionally obsolescent. They point out Factually, the modern intelligence apparatus uses checks and balances in their favor by creating silos of proprietary information that works around the oversight issues. That’s part of the problem. They point out that aftermath of 9/11 the office of the Director of National Intelligence was created for the purpose to eliminate the silos of information which they felt led to a domestic terrorist attack that could have been prevented. The ODNI was created specifically upon the recommendation of the 9/11 commission.
· They highlight how the people behind Obama, those same people now behind Joe Biden, knew from years of strategic planning that ‘radical transformation’ would require control over specific elements inside the U.S. government and that Eric Holder played a key role in his position as U.S. Attorney General in the DOJ. AG Holder recruited ideologically aligned political operatives who were aware of the larger institutional objectives. One of those objectives was weaponizing the DOJ-National Security Division (DOJ-NSD) a division inside the DOJ that had no inspector general oversight. For most people the DOJ-NSD weaponization surfaced with a hindsight awakening of the DOJ-NSD targeting candidate Donald Trump many years later. However, by then the Holder crew had executed almost eight full years of background work.
· Greenwald explains how the second larger Obama/Holder objective was control over the FBI. Why was that important? Because the FBI does the domestic investigative work on anyone who needs or holds a security clearance. The removal of security clearances could be used as a filter to further build the internal ideological army they were assembling. Additionally, with new power in the ODNI created as a downstream consequence of the Patriot Act, new protocols for U.S. security clearances were easy to justify. Carefully selecting fellow ideological travelers was facilitated by this filtration within the security clearance process. The texts between Peter Strzok and Lisa Page are evidence of the politicization.
· Greenwald explains under Secretary Hillary Clinton how a political alignment was being assembled inside the State Department and the White house. Names like Samantha Power, Susan Rice and Hillary Clinton were familiar on television while Lisa Monaco worked as a legal liaison between the Obama White House and Clinton State Department.
· Greenwald purports how the Dept of State (DoS) and the intelligence apparatus began working on their first steps to align Big Tech with a larger domestic institutional objective. Those of you who remember the “Arab Spring”, some say “Islamist Spring”, will remember it was triggered by Barack Obama’s speech in Cairo – his first foreign trip. The State Department worked with grassroots organizers (mostly Muslim Brotherhood) in Egypt, Syria, Bahrain, Qatar and Libya. Obama leaned heavily on the organizational network of Turkish President Recep Erdogan for contacts and support. Why does this aspect matter to us? Well, you might remember how much effort the Obama administration put into recruiting Facebook and Twitter as resources for the various mid-east rebellions the White House and DoS supported. This was the point of modern merge between the U.S. intelligence community and Big Tech social media.
· They surmised how the coordinated political outcomes in Libya and Egypt were the beta test for the coordinated domestic political outcomes we saw in the 2020 U.S. presidential election. The U.S. intelligence community working with social media platforms and political operatives.
After the two sub stack articles on answering the 5 W’s and the how questions were posted, three other media articles, one in the Washington Times reporting on a recent audit of the FBI showing how the FBI continues to break all investigative protocols to protect individual rights, 7 and two articles one in the Federalist and the other in The Hill, highlighting the threat to the Constitution and the Rule of Law of the political weaponization of the National Security Agencies by the party in power. 8 9
Control And Political Weaponization Of The Media
Sadly, our traditional independent, nonpartisan watchdog mainstream media of bygone years has been replaced by a mainstream media that now views its role and operates as a propaganda platform for partisan interests, thereby abdicating their traditional roles as independent investigative journalists who are ready to expose any and all corruption committed by our government officials, both elected and appointed. Instead, the media has abdicated their First Amendment role of being a vigorous independent investigative body of protecting democracy by informing the people of governmental corruption and holding political leaders accountable to that of being a propaganda arm for the Democratic party.
Its apparent with a complicit media, in concert with our National Security agencies, the Conspirators were able to accomplish their false flag goal of sowing distrust and division among the public by promoting the Alfa Bank ruse, Shearer memo dossier and the DNC disinformation Steele dossier document. It arguably can be said this was one of the greatest intelligence betrayals in U.S. history as the DOJ, FBI and CIA were complicit in allowing the Clinton-DNC-Obama plan to be implemented.
The media networks at the height of the media frenzy of the DNC Russian hoax, spent 55% of their time covering the DNC hoax wherein the American public believed Trump or members of his team colluded with the Russians.
What should concern all Americans regardless of party affiliation are the actions by those in the U.S. media, instead of being an honest broker in reporting the facts the media for their disdain for all things Trump threw all journalist standards out the window. The recent Mea culpa retracting media stories by the Washington Post and New York Times are evidence of their in deceiving the American public. Their failure to do their due diligence in reporting the facts, instead, they reported rumors, innuendos and unverified information from anonymous sources. By abandoning all journalistic standards and ethics, the media exposed their complicity of doing the bidding of those in power in taking down a US Presidency with a total disregard of the adverse consequences to National Security and the nation by distracting the public attention with false stories after stories of hearsay after hearsay that resulted in dividing the country along partisan lines. Hopefully the American people will see they were lied too and will hold these media outlets accountable by tuning them out in the free marketplace of ideas.
Former President Obama in a recent speech at Stanford University on disinformation, Obama declared, “The internet is a tool. Social media is a tool. At the end of the day, tools don’t control us. We control them. And we can remake them.” This “control” interfered by Obama shows how Twitter and other social media sites suppressed the Hunter Biden Laptop story that impacted the election in 2020. It’s evidenced that the left doesn’t want to lose their ability to control the political narrative because if they do, it will also affect their agenda and their ability to hang on to power. They want it both ways, where they control and censor their political opponents. 10 [NOTE: Media Research Center poll showed 45.1% of Biden voters said they were unaware of the laptop story and 16% of Biden voters said if they knew about the laptop would not have voted for Biden.] 11
The Solution: Voting For Congressional Candidates Who Take The Pledge To Stop The Political Weaponization And Corruption Of The National Security Agencies
POGO recently conducted a survey among 2022 likely voters in the battleground states of Michigan and Ohio that showed more than 70% of participants were “very” or “extremely” concerned about corruption in the federal government. Across both states, 81% believe corruption is widespread throughout the federal government, and 90% think that federal government corruption costs the taxpayer a lot of money.
Congress is the only Branch of the Federal government that has the oversight and legislative authority to stop the political weaponization and corruption of the National Security agencies by restoring the public trust in the Rule of Law. [Note: This is a non-partisan issue as it goes directly to the core tenets of the U.S. Constitution in protecting our individual rights in preventing the power of the State from taking away those rights.]
This overreach by the Democrats, Obama administration and now the Biden administration in using these agencies color of authority to destroy those they disagree with by criminalizing political differences needs to be discussed and debated by every Candidate running for Congress in the public forum. As this is a non-partisan issue and is the greatest the threat facing the nation as the political weaponization impacts all Americans and threaten the Rule of Law. [Note: Unless the next Congress takes action in stopping the political weaponization and the corruption of our National Security agencies, it won’t matter who gets elected as it well be business as usual, and the political weaponization and corruption will continue unabated.]
This is how every American citizen can play a critical role in stopping corruption by making their voices heard in the upcoming Congressional elections by demanding candidates running for Congressional elected offices, regardless of party take the following pledge, I promise to the American public to restore the public trust in the rule of law through congressional oversight, legislative action by stopping the political weaponization and corruption of the national security agencies.
The purpose of the pledge is paramount to the interests of their constituents and of the people in general; if those elected officials fail to do this, they should be held accountable and voted out of their positions. The primary goal of our elected officials should be to prevent the partisan political weaponization of our government institutions, particularly of our national security agencies, our law enforcement agencies, and our Department of Justice, as well as all government institutions intended to operate for the interests and benefit of all of our citizens.
It’s critical that this non-partisan issue be discussed in the public domain prior to the 2022 Congressional elections so voters can make informed choices in preventing both the main street media and those on the radical left in countering their media dominance from opposing the pledge idea of Congressional candidates running for office, pledging IF ELECTED they will address and stop the misuse of the color of authority by the National Security agencies against their own citizens by the party in power.
In closing, I would like to point out and not confuse or conflate the roles of the Durham investigation with that of Congress, as they both have separate distinct roles of holding those responsible and accountable in the biggest corruption scandal in U.S. history in solving the political weaponization issues.
The commonality between the Durham investigation & Congress, is both have a responsibility to the American people in restoring the public trust and faith in its institutions and Rule of Law, that no one is above the law. Durham is responsible for holding those involved in the Clinton-DNC-Obama conspiracy, criminally responsible for their actions and Congress is responsible for identifying why the leadership of the National Security agencies failed to follow established procedures and guidelines (Check & Balances) and hold them and their agencies accountable for their actions by ensuring that the color of authority can never again be abused or political weaponization by the party in power against those they disagree with for political purposes.
More importantly, to ascertain if National Security was comprised if so, how and what legislative changes does congress need to be make so this never happens again and lastly was there friendly foreign intelligence services involvement, if so, what role did they play and lastly on Russians inference why didn’t we stop them instead of allowing them free reign?
