The man arrested outside former President Donald Trump’s Coachella rally as a potential third assassin has broken his silence. He has confirmed he’s a Trump supporter and denied he was attempting to shoot Trump and was there by invitation.
Vem Miller, 49, is a registered Republican who police allege tried to present fake VIP credentials at a Trump rally on Saturday and then found himself arrested on illegal firearms charges. Miller states he owned the firearms legally and notified police the arms were in his vehicle when he arrived and he was there by a special VIP invite from the Republican Party of Nevada.
Miller is not some random loaner like the other 2 prior assassins were either. He is the owner/manager of the website AmericaHappens.com.
Speaking out for the first time since his arrest, Miller said that while he keeps firearms in his vehicle to protect himself against previous death threats, he has never fired one before and says he’s “beyond a novice” about them.

“I’ve literally never even shot a gun in my life,” Miller said. “I don’t know anything about guns.”
Miller said he’s been “all-in” on Trump since 2018.
Miller blames what happened to him on one rogue arresting local police officer he now intends to sue. He said he had no falsified IDs on his person and was denied his one phone call for legal representation on multiple occasions by this officer. He has further denied accusations made by Riverside County Sheriff Chad Bianco that he was a part of an anti-government “sovereign citizens” movement.
A friend and business partner of the alleged third would-be Trump assassin Vem Miller, right-wing documentarian Mindy Robinson, said Miller has been a MAGA activist for years who had no intention of killing the former president, and said she has been to several pro-Trump events with him
Miller has an impressive past in Hollywood where he walked away from a 6-figure salary. His website states the following:
“Vem Miller has a 25 year history in Film and TV production. Vem began his career as a music video director for Artists including DMX, John Mayer, Master P, Chris Brown, Trey Songz, Alien Ant Farm, DJ Premier, Jerry Seinfeld, the X-ecutioners, and More. Vem has sold and produced TV Shows for Networks including A&E, History Channel, Discovery Channel, Netflix, Paramount Networks / Spike TV, TruTV, Lifetime, Vice, and more.
Vem Miller hosts the podcast Blood Money, as well as AHN News Live with Corinne Clifford.
Vem has interviewed the likes of Thomas Renz, Dr. Peter McCullough, Patrick Byrne, Loy Brunson, and Many More.”
The story Miller offers varies greatly from the story offered by Riverside County Sheriff Chad Bianco in this Sunday presser.

CONCLUSION:
As a former Illinois municipal alderman of 10 years, it appears Vem Miller has a hell of a potential lawsuit against Sherriff Chad Bianco as well as his arresting officer. Political assassins do not drive to a political event, enter on special papers, and then announce they have firearms in their vehicle!
About the only thing I found disturbing with the story of Miller was the fact he bought 2 guns for self-defense after multiple death threats and he has never fired them, keeps one of them loaded in his car, and sometimes carries one on his person in accordance with the law but, again, has never fired it.
I found the Miller version of the story of what happened interesting in that it seems like both the FBI and Secret Service distanced themselves from both this county sheriff and arresting officer almost immediately.
From a legal point of view, the best thing this sheriff could do right now is release a public statement they made a mistake with an apology and the officer responsible will be put on leave pending and internal investigation.
