The movie Mad Max and its sequels are set in a dystopian world where lawlessness and sadistic violence rule. If this video represented a rare one op that would be one thing. But there are so many videos and stories daily that reveal the underbelly of our dying Republic now that ignoring how severe the issue has become can only be willful ignorance.
