Vivek Ramaswamy: The FBI’s ‘Bureaucratic Coup,’ Crisis on the Border, and Spike in Crime All Symptoms of the Same Problem

The FBI as an institution “should not have existed in the first place” and should be shut down, says entrepreneur Vivek Ramaswamy, who is running for president as a Republican in 2024.

“What we learned here is this was intentional, all the way down. They knew it was based on fraudulent premises. And yet they went on this hoax of an investigation,” Ramaswamy says, in response to special counsel John Durham’s new report on the origins of the FBI’s investigation into the Trump campaign.

Is it possible to shut down the FBI? What would replace it? And how are the FBI’s “bureaucratic coup,” the crisis on the border, and the spike in crime across major cities in this country all symptoms of the same broader problem?

Ramaswamy is the author of a number of books, including “Capitalist Punishment,” “Nation of Victims,” and “Woke, Inc.
